If you use the contact form, ClearBeam receives the name, business name, email address, phone number, current website (if supplied), and message you submit. You may also choose to share other business or contact information when you get in touch.

ClearBeam uses inquiry information to understand and respond to your request, communicate about a possible project, and follow up on that inquiry. Messages are delivered to ClearBeam by email; the website does not maintain a lead database.

The website host and service providers may process basic technical and server information needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site. This can include the time of a request, the page requested, browser or device details, IP address, and error or security logs.

If website analytics are enabled, analytics information such as pages viewed, device or browser type, referral source, and approximate region may be processed to help understand general site use and improve the website.

ClearBeam does not sell information submitted through the contact form. Reasonable service providers, such as the website host, email delivery provider, and analytics provider (if enabled), may process information as needed to operate and protect the website or deliver your inquiry.

Inquiry information is kept in ClearBeam’s business email and is used for the inquiry and related communication. It is not used to send unrelated marketing messages.
