What is the difference between one page and five pages?+
The one-page package has one website address and up to eight agreed sections that visitors scroll through. The business package includes up to five separate pages, each with its own address. A service page can be one of those five when agreed in the proposal.
What is included in the build price?+
Each package includes approved-brand design, supplied-photo placement, writing and editing from your business information, a standard contact or estimate form, responsive layouts, basic page metadata and search foundations, two consolidated revision rounds, launch checks, a handoff guide and 30 calendar days of defect support. The full package lists are above.
When would an additional page cost extra?+
Only work beyond the agreed package scope is priced as an additional page. A photo or paragraph change on an existing page is not automatically a page purchase; it may fit an agreed revision or care-plan edit. We explain the scope and confirm any separate quote before proceeding.
Is monthly care required?+
No. Managed Hosting & Website Care is optional at $129 per month. You may use compatible hosting you arrange yourself; hosting, domain renewals and future maintenance still need to be covered.
Are hosting and domain renewals included?+
The build connects one domain you own and enables HTTPS on the agreed hosting service. Domain purchase and renewals are separate. Hosting is also separate unless standard hosting is covered by the optional $129/month care plan; otherwise, you arrange compatible hosting.
Can I use my own hosting?+
Yes, if it is compatible with the delivered website. We can discuss the handoff requirements before the project begins. If ClearBeam is not managing hosting, hosting costs and future maintenance remain your responsibility.
How do payments work?+
You pay 50% to begin and the remaining 50% after you approve the website but before it goes live: $875 + $875 for the one-page site, or $1,500 + $1,500 for the business website. Scope, price, revision limits and third-party costs are confirmed in writing before the first payment. Care is billed separately from the agreed date.
What counts as a revision?+
A revision round is one consolidated list of requested changes within the agreed design and content scope. Two rounds cover the whole website, not two rounds per page. A new direction, extra pages or functionality may require a revised quote.
Does basic search setup include ongoing SEO?+
No. It includes page titles, descriptions, clear headings, descriptive image text and an indexable production setup. Ongoing SEO, advertising and ranking guarantees are not included.
Can I add pages later?+
Yes. We can quote additional pages when there is a clear business reason. Starting prices are $400 for a standard page, $500 for a detailed service page, $600 for a service-area page and $650 for a campaign landing page. Final scope and price are confirmed before work begins.
What does the 30-day support period cover?+
It covers defects in the work ClearBeam delivered for 30 calendar days after launch. New content, new features, ongoing maintenance and unrelated changes are separate and may be covered by optional care or a separate quote.
Do I get a drag-and-drop editor?+
Not by default. You receive the agreed website source and handoff after final payment, subject to third-party licenses and the written agreement. You can request changes from ClearBeam or work with a compatible developer; an owner-editable content system is scoped separately.
