How it works

A clear process, from the first conversation to handoff.

A website project should feel understandable before it starts. Here are the three stages and what you can expect at each one.

01

Understand the business and agree on scope.

We talk through your services, customers, service areas, current website, goals and budget. Then we agree on the page structure, content, price, revision limits, timing assumptions and any third-party costs in writing before the project begins.

  • Choose a one-page or up-to-five-page structure
  • Confirm what you will provide and what ClearBeam will prepare
  • Set the scope and price before the deposit
02

Develop and review the website.

Jason works directly with you to shape the page content and build the agreed design. You review the whole website and send one consolidated list of in-scope changes for each of the two agreed revision rounds.

  • Copy is written and edited from information you supply and approve
  • Layouts are checked on mobile and desktop
  • A new direction, extra pages or functionality may need a revised quote
03

Test, launch and hand over—or provide optional care.

We check navigation, contact links, form delivery and mobile layout before the official launch. After final payment, you receive the agreed website source and a handoff guide. Optional managed hosting and website care is available separately.

  • The remaining 50% is due after approval and before the site goes live
  • The included 30-day period covers defects in the delivered work
  • Ongoing edits and maintenance are handled through optional care or a separate quote

Personalized concepts

A private starting point, when it makes sense.

For selected businesses, ClearBeam may prepare a personalized private concept to make an initial design direction easier to discuss. It is selective, not promised to everyone, and it is only a starting point—not an official website or evidence that the business is a ClearBeam client.

Any contact form shown on an unofficial prospect concept is demonstration-only and does not deliver messages. For an official client site, the agreed contact or estimate form is connected to one business email address and tested before launch.
